Important Information For the Spello & Foligno Houses

Flexible Cancellation

Cancellation is possible up to 10 days before check-in. In this case, we will refund the full amount paid using the same payment method used for the reservation.

Cancellation within 10 days prior to check-in will result in a charge of 70% of the total booking fee.

Payment

The reservation will be confirmed only after the payment of the deposit or the total amount has been completed, depending on the flexible cancellation terms.

Accepted payment methods are those available on the website. For any other needs, please contact us.

Check in and Check out

Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. onwards and can be done independently at any time.

Once your booking is confirmed, during the week prior to check-in you will receive a link to complete the online check-in. After completing it, you will receive all the necessary instructions via WhatsApp or email to reach and access the booked property.

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. You will receive all the relevant instructions the day before check-out.

Please note: Completing the online check-in is mandatory. A valid identity document for all guests must be provided, as required by current regulations. All personal data will be processed in accordance with Privacy and GDPR regulations. Failure to complete the online check-in will make it impossible to access the property.

What’s Included

In the houses: pillows and bed linen for all beds, towels, bath soaps, and a hairdryer.

For infants: a baby cot is available upon request at no additional cost.

Cleaning fees for the property are included.

What’s Not Included

In the houses: food and beverages, and anything not specified in the What’s Included section.

It is mandatory to abide by the House Rules provided in advance and to follow the instructions for the use of the amenities.
