The first floor of the house and its magical courtyard with a hot tub and a magnificent panoramic view
The residence spans two floors, both air-conditioned and with independent entrances.
On the upper floor, you’ll be welcomed by a warm living area featuring a wood-burning fireplace, a table for six guests, a single or double sofa bed if needed, and a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need.
Next to the entrance door of the upper floor, there is a gate leading to the exclusive private courtyard — an outdoor oasis furnished with a seating area, sun loungers, a romantic fireplace perfect for warming up in winter or grilling in summer, and a heated hot tub available all year round, always with a spectacular view of the valley.
The double bedroom and the bathroom with a shower complete this floor. The upper level is connected to the lower level by an internal staircase.
The lower floor with exclusive access to the private Wellness Cave
The lower floor, connected to the upper level by the internal staircase, is also air-conditioned and has an independent entrance. It features a second double bedroom with a private bathroom, a wardrobe, and a convenient area equipped with a fridge, toaster, and drip coffee maker — perfect for preparing a leisurely breakfast or a snack in complete autonomy.
